Ernesto Vela Architects are in charge of the exquisite interiors found at Luma. They have decades of experience not only in the interior design field if not being the creators of some of the finest projects in all of Mexico.

Rodrigo de la Peña, director of RDLP Architects specializes in architectural design and is an ex grad of the University of Monterrey with a masters in Homes and Urbanisation. His schooling also includes the Architectural Association School of Architecture Graduate School of London, England.

Ernesto Vela is an ex graduate of the Technological University of Superior Studies of Monterrey Mexico. He founded and directs Ernesto Vela Arquitectos, with more than 30 years in the luxury field.

Ernesto prefers to use natural materials that meld together harmoniously with the beauty in the surroundings. He always looks for specific interpretation of each client’s likes and dislikes to give a unique and special space to the interiors of his projects. His work is extraordinary for clients who appreciate luxury and care for detail.

Besides Luma, his works can be appreciated in residential developments and restaurants in Baja California Sur, La Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen along with luxury offices in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
